Work Loops

Work Loops is the ledger of in-flight work. When an employee picks up a task, answers a message, or runs a routine, the work appears here with its current state, so you can see progress without asking.

What you see

• Active and Completed tabs. Active work is grouped by employee, followed by attention sections: Needs you, Blocked, Interrupted, Stuck, Waiting on others, and Queued.
• Each card shows what the item is about, how long it has been in its current state, and the actions available for it.

Typical actions

• Scan Needs you for items waiting on your input and act on them from the card.
• Nudge blocked, stuck, or interrupted work using the per-item actions: the available actions and their explanations come from the backend policy, and destructive ones ask for confirmation first.
• Open an item for the full detail and continue it, and check the Completed tab for finished work.
